Standard Forward Voltage

Automotive-Grade Standard Forward Voltage Schottky Diodes

ANBON's standard forward voltage Schottky diodes are designed to meet AEC-Q101 requirements and are optimized for automotive power applications such as DC-DC converters. These devices are widely used in automotive electronics, including low-voltage DC-DC converters (LDCs), secondary rectification, on-board chargers (OBCs), LLC resonant converters, forward active clamp circuits, and phase-shift circuits. Most products support a wide operating junction temperature range from -55°C to +175°C, with the "-Q1" suffix in the part number identifying the automotive-grade version.

Key Features:

  • Batch process design with excellent power dissipation, low reverse leakage current, and optimized thermal resistance.
